Our team works swiftly to engineer the final design, secure permits, and begin excavation. In Phase 1, we focus on plumbing the pool and getting everything on-site. By the end of this phase, we’ll have completed everything up to the gunite stage, including the steel framework, underground plumbing, and more. Phase 2 At Bella Vista, we believe in keeping clients closely involved throughout the entire process. Unlike many contractors who may be hard to reach, you’ll see your Construction Manager frequently during Phase 2. This phase focuses on completing the masonry work, including the fireplace, tile installation, decking, and other key elements. Phase 3 The final phase of your project is where everything truly comes together. While some pool builders stop after plastering, Bella Vista goes further to ensure your backyard looks stunning.
